Blegojevich, sign the #$%#ing Hearsay Bill already!!

I have believed for a long time that prosecutors are waiting for the Hearsay bill to become law.  It has been amended since the California bill was overturned by the Supreme Court, making my assumption that they read the advice from the ruling and did it right.

The amended bill has passed both the house and senate and is waiting for the Gov to sign it.  Does anybody know if it has been signed into law...or what he is waiting for?

Maybe he doesn't want to sign as he is under investigation and doesn't want it to come back to bite him in the arse?
