Here is a message from FindStacy's daughter.
Good Morning Wolfie, and all
Mom is doing pretty good right now, she has been through Hell.
Went through test and the chemo again, she has just turned this around and has surprised everyone including her doctors, she is not well enough to get up, but she wants to, she is going through a series of different changes in her condition and it has been Good, tho we do
not expect her to recover by any means, they have prolonged her life.
This will sound surprising to you but when there was more conversation here she seemed better everyday, and coming from this family she has a strong will and has God on her side, if you would of told us 1 month ago she would be better, I would of thanked you kindly but would of known better, Wolfie Annie, We are all so worn out
that is putting it mildly. I actually may go home this next week for a time, my family has forgotten my name. My brother will stay here but he will not write here, he may check this site but I may not be able to write until I come back, unless of course something happens, all the prayer's have worked, I will believe that until my dieing day.
How much longer? I cant even guess, I know I'm only great full, I have not been any where else except this site so if you could let everyone know, I would appreciate it so much, I will be gone until the end of September, however my brother will be here checking, Thanks to all of you, The power of Prayer has sustained our MOM.
Love Jamie, and MOM
Please keep FindStacy and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Even if you don't know her - I'll tell you that this one, amazing woman is just driven to stay connected because she's always said she will not rest until Stacy is found. Her strength and compassion is just amazing. Her daughter Jamie has said that sometimes - it seems as though her mom is just hanging on to see this through - until Stacy is found. Her condition seems to get better when there is new information coming out on this case - so I believe it to be true as well. Cancer is a nasty, destructive disease - but not one day has gone by that this woman has endured her pain with complaint. She continues to be thankful for each day she has - and I have to tell you that I don't think anyone has affected my heart and spirituality like this lovely lady has.
